Supporting Women
I am passionate about supporting women in all stages of life, I work with women facing issues including self-esteem, chronic stress, depression, life transitions, anxiety, and perinatal mood disorders. I am a certified perinatal mental health counselor, providing mental health counseling for women experiencing difficulty, trauma or mood disorders during pregnancy and postpartum.
