Abby Lane MS, LPC, PMH-C

My passion is helping moms not just survive, but truly thrive in motherhood. I believe the best way to care for children is by supporting their mothers—because when moms are nurtured, they’re better able to nurture. As a therapist, I blend Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, and Brainspotting to create a personalized and empowering approach. I specialize in postpartum mood disorders, birth trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My career began working with children, but I quickly realized how many mothers were struggling without the mental health support they truly needed. This sparked my journey to pursue specialized training and certifications in perinatal mental health and women’s issues, and I made the intentional shift to focus on supporting mothers. After the birth of my second child, I experienced severe postpartum depression myself and saw firsthand how little support was available for women in my situation. This experience drove me to create Bloom Therapy, a practice that’s dedicated to offering the care and compassion mothers need during one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.

Opening Bloom Therapy was a personal and professional mission—to build a team of clinicians who are equipped to walk alongside women during their motherhood journey. I am incredibly honored to support women in this life-changing transition, and I deeply understand the courage it takes to take that first step and schedule an appointment. You are not alone, and I’m here to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
