Ashley's Specialties

...

To best support your unique goals, I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness to build emotional resilience and grounding.

Solution-Focused Therapy to uncover practical strengths and actionable steps.

When I’m not in the office, I am soaking up quality time with my husband, our two young boys, and our extended family nearby. I love a good book, capturing moments through photography, playing outside with my kids, or winding down with an engaging documentary.
