Madison Horam LCSW

I take a person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs and experiences of my clients. By integrating mindfulness techniques, along with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help women cultivate emotional balance and connect with their inner resilience. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, process life’s challenges, and develop practical tools for healing and self-care.

With a background in hospital social work—including experience in labor and delivery, as well as the NICU—I have witnessed firsthand the challenges women face in maternal healthcare. This experience has deepened my passion for supporting women through the perinatal period and beyond, ensuring they feel heard, validated, and empowered throughout their journey.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with life transitions, or seeking support in your perinatal journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to help.
