Taylor Brady LCSW

I often hear women sharing stories of traumatic birthing experiences, difficulty adjusting to parenthood, the high expectations of motherhood, intrusive thoughts, feelings of isolation, and more. As a cisgender woman, a mother, a retired veteran, and a mental health advocate, I have a deep understanding of the challenges women face. I am passionate about helping women to cope with the heavy demands of motherhood and reducing any symptoms of PTSD related to childbirth.

I use a person-centered approach in combination with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy. Most importantly, I provide a safe, judgment free space to explore your thoughts and feelings and guide you to an improved quality of life.
